IRIS (Issue Resolution Information System)

The Issue Resolution Information System (IRIS) is an Adient tool where SMRRs (Supplier Material Rejection Reports – Quality claims), DMRs (Discrepant Material Report – Logistics claims) and SCBs (Supplier ChargeBacks) are issued and managed. Adient suppliers are required to access IRIS through Adient Supplier Portal for direct interact on issues from the system by responding and managing their SMRRs, DMRs and SCBs.

Taulia Supplier Self-Service

With Taulia, our suppliers have 24/7 online access to electronic communications, invoicing, PO and payment remittance details. Enrolling is free. And your information is always secure. Global Supplier Scorecard

Global Supplier Scorecard is used to track supplier performance across 5 key categories – Quality, Commercial, Delivery, Launch and ESG. Adient suppliers can view their performance across the important metrics in each of the categories. The scorecard is updated monthly, and a 6-month aggregate score is also displayed. All the users registered under a supplier will be able to view the scorecard.

AdientDX

AdientDX is a data management system that facilitates controlled data exchange practices with Adient internal users and supplier and OEM external users. AdientDX was formerly known as “JCDX.”
